Didn't somebody convince a noob to keep the camera in a dark closet wrapped in foil for a few hours to "fix" the problem? (or something like that)

Yes! I think it had something to do with the camera emmitting radiation from the lens.
I don't remember who that was.

One of my favorites was poor VampireSoup who read our responses and wound up waking his girlfriend up in a panic at 3am to tell her his camera was broken.


Glad to see he stuck around - I would have felt guilty otherwise.

Actually, you just aren't looking hard enough The stickies are there for a reason - no one is trying to hide anything. Not our fault if no one reads them.
