quickbase for fig rig... anyone know where i can find one? I've looked everywhere. I know the company that was making them went out of business. I really want to buy a fig rig, but the only way it would work for me is if I had a quickbase to attach to the tripod... This way I could grab it and go. Any help would be appreciated.

Quick Release plate.

wrong forum though, unless someone has one to sell. Anybody with any loose Manfrotto or Giottos Quick Release Assemblies? They usually cost anywhere areound $39-$49 so give us an idea what you want to spend.

no it's called a quickbase... it's different from the release plate. Its a wire frame that the rig fits into. Thanks for the help though, i guess i should be looking into a different forum board.
