A few quick questions...
1)
I shot 720 video on the HVX with the intention of editing on a 24P timeline.
I can't figure how to get a 24P timeline at 720 size on Premiere Pro 2.0 and all I've got to work with is a 60P timeline at this size. (unless you can tell me how, the custom settings won't let me change it). There IS a 24P timeline at 1028 though, weiiird.
If I imported the video, edited on this 60P timeline, then exported at 24 frames a second, would it mess up my footage in anyway with ghosting, lines, ect.?
2)
I own Raylight and I used it to convert a bunch of the previously mentioned footage. However, the options are 60i/60p or 50I/60P when converting the mxf data. What do I use? Annnnd should I choose the option to "remove extra frames" for the stuff I shot 24P? Which one should I using, babay?
2.5)
I also shot a bunch of stuff at at 36FPS, 48FPS and 60FPS to be slowed down. Should I configure Raylight, or anything else previously mentioned differently to suit these clips?
3)
In order to sync my slow-motion clips (it is a music video and the music was played at the correct speeds to match the FPS) in Premiere, is all I need to do is adjust the percent in the speed option when I right click? It seems a little funny like maybe I should be deflickering or something.
As you can tell I'm not a numbers man and a lot of this goes over my head. please help a brother out.
