I don't think I remember doing it before as it's been a while since I have had the chance to film anything, but my Canon XF100 is asking me to set the date and time everytime I turn it on. It automatically changes everything to full auto when I turn it on too. Well, not everytime, but Ill set the date, time and adjust all my manual settings. If I take the battery out, or turn it off and leave it sitting for about ten minutes, when I turn it back on, it resets its self. If I turn it off then back on immediately, it retains the settings. Anyway, I am constantly having to load the menu settings to the camera from my SD card and switching everything back to manual. Is this normal? I just couldn't remember it doing this before. If it's not normal, any advice? Thanks in advance should you decide to help me.
