Question with speed ramps and fps

I'm planning on using speed ramps in editing, but I'm not sure which fps to use to capture the footage with. I will be filming 720PN and would like the speed ramps to be equivalent to 22 fps, 24 fps, 48 fps, and 60 fps. I guess my question is if I plan on using speed ramps for a scene, should I use 720PN 24 fps or 720PN 60 fps to capture the footage? I tried to search for the answer, but no luck. Any kind of help would be much appreciated.

If you shoot 720p24n as your timebase, and shoot 60fps within that, then you'll edit at 24 fps, and your stuff shot at 60 will come in slow (48 fps=2 times as slow, 60=2.5 times as slow). You can then ramp or retime wherever you like. The key is setting 24 as your timebase, because then anything over or under that framerate is going to be faster or slower than realtime.
