Question about Variable Frame Rates

Hi guys, I have just bought a HVX camera, I am reading Barry's book and doing a lot of research on it since I am pretty much new to all this. My question is, how do you change frame rates? I have the setup 720p/24p but how do I change to for example 48fps? When I go to scene file menu it does not let me change frame rates, it says "DEFAULT"

Help will be very appreciated!

The missing element here is probably "FILM CAM" mode. And you can choose variable frame rates in either 720P or 720pN mode.
