GH4 Question about rigging a cage

I have 2 cages for the gh4 but have a basic question (probably a stupid one) ...

You know those holes on the cage where you can attach various stuff (mics, recorder, monitor, etc).

When ever you screw the accessories down tight they never point forward. Is there some other accessory bolt that allows
you to line up the accessory once it's down tight. Hope I'm making sense :)
 
Hi, what kind of accessories are you trying to mount? Usually you would attach something like a cold shoe, rosette, or 15mm rod clamp to the the cage which can then be reoriented as needed.
