Hi everyone!
I seem to have a small problem with my 7d and current hdmi cable.
I am trying to hook up my 7D to my tvlogic 5.6" monitor. But when I connect my mini hdmi to hdmi cable (even though it fits perfectly) the lcd in the 7D won't trun off and no image appears in the monitor.
I am trying to troubleshoot this. Am I doing it correctly? can the hdmi cable be incompatible?, this cable looks like a beefy one with nice golden connectors. Any other reasons? Tvlogic monitor is working perfectly with my hmc150.
I currently have a hdmi cable on order. But would love to hear some suggestions on which cables (not very expensive, or adapters) to buy.
