Question about a P+S Technik Lens & Viewfinder compatibility

[devanlives]

I recently acquired a P+S Technik Viewfinder from a surplus auction and wanted to know what cameras it is compatible with. I believe it originally went with a Dalsa Evolution camera. It has the Dalsa logo on the viewfinder and Evolution printed on the lens. It has Arri logo lens caps, so I believe it is a pl mount. I'll post the specifics below with some images.

Anybody know anything about this equipment? How much do they retail? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

As noted it is an optical viewfinder for the now dead Dalsa cine camera.
