Put a 10X screw on close-up lens on the GH3 12-35mm lens

Had to hand hold the camera to get close and was able to get about 3" away and still get the whole object in the frame. Camera was on iA and auto focus. Mixed video and photos into the video.
 
Wow! The pics were great, but the Video footage was absolutely stunning. Very very impressive! I'd really appreciate a note on the setup.
 
I agree this was really amazing! I'd also be interested in the setup. The video reminds me of the ones you see on PBS where they have the closeups of plants, bugs, etc. What lens was this? And what were your camera settings? I'm sure we're not the only ones that could benefit greatly from your experience. Thanks.
