C100: ProRes or DnxHD for Premiere CS6 workflow?

Haven't started playing around with my Atomos Ninja-2 much yet, and I'm curious which file format (ProRes or DnxHD) is going to work best with my Premiere CS6 workflow. I'm guessing it's gonna be DnxHD, which I believe is supported natively, but can anyone confirm? If I'm looking for the highest quality output and I'm stuck with Premiere CS6, what settings do you Atomos users recommend? If it's DnxHD, just how much better is the quality vs AVCHD? I've read plenty of comparisons between ProRes and AVCHD, but not many things about DnxHD vs AVCHD. Many thanks.

DNxHD loolks nearly exactly like ProResHQ. And they both destroy AVCHD.

On a MAC the ProRes may work "a little" more smoothly than DnxHD as ProRes is an Apple product, but that may be a placebo effect.

For me on a PC and Premiere CS6 DnxHD flows a bit more smoothly. Not a lot. Just a tad.

I just wish there were "lighter" versions of DnxHD like there is with ProRes.

Yeah I'd use ProRes because it seems more widely accepted as a deliverable. For my own stuff I quite often shoot AVCD and think it looks good in most scenes, even as Clog.

PCs generally seem to play nicer with DNxHD on a Mac either works.
