So the Magic Lantern 550d thread is getting huge and i dont want to clutter it more with people thanking a1ex.

I started this thread where we can all show our love for him.

A1ex, you are among the high order of gods and should have gold plated rose pedals strewn about your feet and bed. I would bake you an "I love you" brisket if i knew how to bake.

Feel free to use this thread to heap your praise upon the almighty.

I'll admit A1ex is definitely the hero of the day, bringing this project to the t2i and fielding so many of our n00bish questions, but let's not forget Trammel Hudson and everyone who was involved in creating the original Magic Lantern hack.

I do like the idea of not cluttering up the ML thread with thanks... to be honest, I think the forum needs a separate Magic Lantern sub-section. Consolidating everything into a single thread (that is now over 100 pages last I checked!) is not a very productive way for people to learn and discuss its many virtues.

While we're at it, we should really ask that they rename the entire "Canon EOS - 7D/550D/T2i" section to include 60D and T3i, and rename the lens section so that its not "7D" specific.
Get we get a Mod over here to help clean up and organize this part of the forum?

Your right, I dont want to belittle the work that the rest of the coders are doing. It obviously wouldn't be possible without them. A1ex is just the most visible around here.
