Proper Procedure to Install Duel Adapter with 10.4.9

There are a couple of threads on this here.

What I am hoping is for someone(s) to provide a step by step approach in detail for problem free installation that has and does work in 10.4.9.

For example:

1. Download and install the pcdriver_macintel contents packages: both the P2PCCard Install.pkg AND the packages in the AJ-PCD20 folder;

2. Install the 10.4.9 compatible Duel Adapter Installer.pkg provided by Cynic (the Raiders fan) elsewhere; OR alternatively extract and install using the Pacifist the 10.4.8 DA driver detailed elsewhere;

3. Reboot and repair permissions

4. Insert the DA

5. Insert a p2 card

does it mount?

I'm trying to separate it from the thread to make it easier to locate what has and does work.

It would help if you could agree with what I set out above as a successful install workflow.
