Promos shot with Canon XHA1

[Danny Salazar]

Hey everyone,

I shot these promos earlier in the year for my church. One is for our school of ministry and the other one is a conference promo. I used AE and Final Cut for these two.

Lemme know what you guys think.

Thanks! :dankk2:

KAIROS
good work on video
I would diffuse the light a bit more on the subject b/c they had some hard shadows from their hands.
Good use of motion graphics - are you using AE or Motion?
What software did you use for keying the green screen?

REFORMATION
good use of motion tracking

[Danny Salazar]

hey prashanna jayaseelan,

yes i used AE for everything: keying and motion graphics. In my opinion, its best program to key out green or blue screen, compared to final cut pro that is. For the moving arrows and swirls, I used Andrew Kramer's Evolution DVD series for that.

Love the motion graphics on promo #1. Nice job!

This looks really good. Is this part of IHOP?

I loved your HSC2008 promo, that was awesome! I am coming to NAB we should really meet up.

[Danny Salazar]

awesome man! yea we should. No, we are a church here in Vegas called the International Church of Las Vegas but we are good friends with some people at IHOP like Lou Engle, Mike Bickle, etc. We actually had a Call here in Vegas in 07.

About NAB, email me which days you will be there so we can meet up.
