Promo video for the 70D

Maybe my standards are to low but this seems to be pretty good quality and resolution in many of these shots just watching it on you tube as my viewers would, and I don't see any moire on those roof tops.

Do we know this whole video was shot on a 70D? My assumption is that only the "sample video" they show of the woman twirling those ribbons was 70D footage.

I see your point, but we're watching through the cam in many shots like its focusing (roof tops, bug shots) and so many others that imply were looking through the cam. This seems pretty unethical if it's not done with the 70D.

I don't think it was done entirely on a 70D...otherwise they wouldn't have said "Sample" for just the one portion and would have instead said, this whole commercial was shot on the 70D. Looks more like C series footage to me. I'd be happy to be wrong.

I just sold my 60D and waiting...keeping my 600D though...
I think we have enough evidence that the new AF is really good and it can be very usable in many situations...
What I want to see now is if it has any better low light performance than the previous crop models...
Give me a clean 3200 ISO and Im pressing the button...:)

Clean ISO 3200?!
Give me clean ISO 800 and I am pleased.

Probably you have much higher standards, because ISO 800 is just fine for me with the current crop models...
I can push the 60D/600D until 1250 ISO, sometimes even 1600 depending on the situation and get usable footage...for what I do!
I tried 6D a couple of times and I could use ISO 8000 without hesitation...but I know 70D will not be like that...

This video is definitely from the 70D and shows off all its AF features and the use of different lenses. Also, after the video is over it re-appears in a window and for each scene, the AF method, ISO and lens used are listed. And the pizza looks good too:
