I find that wdr gamma can have a lot of noise at black, it depends on an actual scene and light and color correction at post.
About lens - I changed five lens in this room, from wide Tokina 11-16 over basic 18-135/f3.5-f5,6 to Canon 50mm/f1,4 and Samyang 24mm/f1,4, so I don't know exactly what type of lens I used, but I think that this was basic 18-135mm.
I also like C100 footage, but on the other point of view I can talk about some negatives, this don't disturb my owner feeling
. I know Canon cameras and their issue for long time, it is my fourth Canon camera (only one was Sony).
