I shot a video today to test out the 60fps option, and I just tried to slow it down with Vegas.
I did the clicking on the video properties while it's in the timeline trick, where you set the playback to .400
well... it seems to recognize slow motion in the playback, but once I extract it my fps is 11.988..and the video is jittery.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong, or know of a better way to convert 60 to 24fps?
