Problem Capturing Footage that Isn't 720/24PN

Hi, I've had an HVX for a while and used it without any issue, but recently I've been running into trouble any time I try to capture something that isn't shot in 720/24PN. The clips will show up on the P2 card, but in the P2 viewer they're all highlighted in red.

In FCP, they show up and play, but when I try to transfer them, they won't go and I get the red stop sign. I feel like there must be some setting of some kind stopping the capture, but I'm not sure what. I've tried it through both a camera and a card reader. Has anyone heard of this issue? Any ideas for how to fix it? Thanks!

You have to have the cam set to whatever frame rate the footage is in to transfer. That's is why it is in red.

I switched that and it did make the clips not be in red, but they still won't be captured. I'm pretty sure it's some kind of setting the camera had when it recorded the clips themselves, since the cards won't load from both the camera and a card reader. But, why would it still work in 720/24PN, but no other resolution/frame rate?

Captured or transferred?

What computer are you using and what version of Final Cut Pro? Do clips play correctly in the HVX200?

Have you write protected the cards before mounting the cam? Do you copy the entire intact file folders of each of the cards including the lastclip.txt file?

What frame rate and record setting is the video?

The clips won't be transferred. I'm using Final Cut 6.0.6, and the clips play in both the HVX and the preview window in log and transfer. I've tried both write protected and non-write protected, and I've tried transferring the P2 card to the hard drive, then going from there and nothing is working for the clips that aren't 720/24PN.

The video that won't record is anything else, 720/24P and 720/30 specifically. Thanks for any help you could give!
