Hi. Just noticed that there is some really strange with my camera. Ag-ac160aej just owned it for 1 month now.
There is a really strange blurry/dodgy line at the bottom edge of all my films. Hope there is a easy fix of this.
I made a fast uncut edited movie of this. It's in the bottom and if you look closely you see it.
In QuickTime you see it more clearly when played from the avchd file. I have tried to play it on different monitors and it appears on every one.

It's best to see how your lens looks. I've had an issue with my SD600 camcorder in which on the upper left corner, it's a little blurry and that's because my camcorder sort of went through a storm one day. In order to get rid of it, I'd have to clean the lens from the inside unfortunately.

Are you using Quicktime to view the clips? Any AVCHD footage I view has this same thing when viewing clips in QT using OSX 10.8. Nothing is wrong with the camera, the footage looks fine in FCPX or Premiere Pro. It is just the way QT displays the clip. DO not import footage from QT - use the import function from the NLE directly from the PRIVATE folder the original footage is in.
