That's just a total of 5 batteries that Jarred is giving. They will be randomly awarded by Barry_S to one or more people. The thing that everyone gets is the DVD film "Flip". Everyone who is successful in uploading a film gets that.

The top three are awarded by the members. Everything else will be awarded by the moderator panel.
