Pricing

I started shooting video about a year ago and put together enough samples that I am starting bid on projects. I have been a still photographer for 30 years and a lot of my regular clients are looking to add video to their websites. They generally don't want to hire a full blown production company because they can't afford it.

The projects I have been asked to do are from primarily corporate clients that want content about their different products and services. Hospitals, home builders, resorts, etc.

I have no trouble figuring how to price my still work but I can't seem to find anyone that is willing to talk about their fees. I don't want to be known as the "Guy w/ Camera" that came in and undercut everybody. I am doing most of the work myself with a couple of grips but sometimes I do hire sound, PA's and b roll camera operators. Pricing the crew is easy but I don't know what to charge for my fees.

How do you all come up with pricing? The projects I am doing are generally 3-4 minute web spots with VO, some narrative or short documentaries. Sometimes I am asked to incorporate stills, graphs or animations. Of course I charge more for second camera but should I be charging for different camera moves. If there is a dolly or a jib should it cost more for those type of shots above and beyond equip. rental?

Any advice is appreciated.
