C100: PP Sequence setting for mixing c100 AVCHD and DLSR footage.

I have been using my c100's internal codec files alongside my canon DSLR footage. I have been told different things when it comes to editing in premier pro. For the people that are using PP and avchd, what sequence setting are you guys using for mixed footage??
 
When I know my edit is going to be mostly C100 but I'm mixing in B/C Cam from DSLR's, I choose the AVCHD preset.
