That's interesting about not using the mini usb port for the receiver. My HP wireless TV Connect has mini usb on both transmitter and receiver, which is why I like it. I just wish the receiver wasn't so power hungry. I also wish these WHDI systems weren't so flaky, but I guess you get what you pay for.
