Hi guys, it's been a while since I've been to dvxuser, but it's nice to be back.
I am in the process of changing from a GL2 to the HV40. I'm just a modest amateur filmmaker so nothing too complicated here. I have a couple of questions regarding extras that I want to add to the camera.
1. Does a depth of field adapter work well with this camera? I don't own one, but I'm interested in trying it out. Maybe the new Jag35SP when it comes out?
2. With that, do you recommend an LCD monitor to attach? I've always dreamed of one but they seem so expensive that in the past I just learned to live without one.
3. Is it a good idea to have a matte box with the hv40? Any ones out there that come to mind?
