I've been in these threads a lot lately as I am thinking about purchasing a C100. I hardly use ebay but I noticed there was a used C100 on sale by a reputable buyer. C100 hasn't been out that long, so there aren't many. This seller had a pretty low buy it out price that could be requested by email, and I wanted to know why. This seller accumulated almost 3,000 transactions with 99% positive feedback.
After emailing him, he responded and soon the listing was taken down. Upon further investigation, the picture and description he provided were copied exactly off another sale that occurred in February this year. (http://www.ebay.com/itm/Canon-EOS-C...ofessional_Video_Came ras&hash=item460cbd29d3)
This guy has had no serious issues with his account other than some minor issues with small sales. I'm not posting his name at this point because I do not want to wrongly accuse. But I do think it's somewhat of a scam. Anyone have any idea what this is about?
