Post nuclear short finished!

[Robbie Comeau]

Ya, you got a point style masta

[Robbie Comeau]

Id had perfectly exposured clips, and perfectly focused clips, and the didnt look like that UNLESS they were zoomed in on something close

look at this thread, look at the guy with the mohawk, this is my first clip where it had an HD look

Look at the frames after the "ship" passes over the protagonist...with him marking off the days on a piece of paper--impossible to believe it is not HD. Incredible detail. Andromeda?

[Kevin Lee]

I used a stock dvx100b, tried to shoot very flat images (Master pedestal -2) and then create this worn out look in post. We also had a homebuilt jib and skater dolly.

Few making of pics:

I can post more pics tomorrow if you're interested.

wow! i know its been said to death but that looked fantastic. Really good sound mixing too. It looked and sounded like a hollywood production. Great location too.

Those "making of" pics were not done with a DVX, but a digicamera.

amazing footage... up there with the top ive seen come from a DVX
but was so confused on the story

Would love to hear the gun shot at the end updated and beefed up a bit.

Hey badlaa,

I’m not sure if I’ve commented on this one but I’ve always wanted to. I think it’s a great achievement what you guys have done here. I see huge potential in you guys as filmmakers, and I very much look forward to seeing you guys grow as filmmakers with what happens next...I hope that you do do something next.

Good luck from Scotland.
