C300: Portrait video

I know, I know.. but My final delivery is SnapChat format.
Is there anyway to set guides in a C300 II for this?
I'd love to shoot it 4K tilting the camera 90 degrees, but doubt I would get the correct aspect..
Anyone ever run into this, or know any thing that could help me solve this?

I think it would be more authentic if the subject moves in and out of the frame without any thought to composition.
