Portable Storage Devices for CF cards

Hey I was wondering if this could work for backing up HD video clips off of the 7D. I have a really low budget, so the cheaper the better. Could you also list other portable storage devices that will do the job.

It looks interesting, but personally, I'd spend a little bit more and get a Nexto. I'm not really big on trusting important data to companies I've never heard of, even if they get decent product reviews on the B&H site.

I checked out the Nexto products, there selling a 250GB portable device for $370. Would this be able to back up my HD videos. I also looked at the Nexto Video Storage Device, but its getting even further from my budget. I'm hoping this can get the job done. Anyone care to enlighten me?
