"Poodle Girl"

Good job -- and Cinematic Acid Loops in the house! Good choice on which ones to use.

This movie was excellent, it was clever with style. Love the british accent girl, the movie kept me interest. One question which scene file was it recorded in

Hudson is so right, content is king. I didn't dwell or get hung up on technicalities. The story really pulled me in and kept me to the end.
Now that, my friends, is the most important part of filmmaking.
And the quote above? She's got an Austrailian accent, actually.

Yes she is Australian but she DID put on a British Accent (in the goldfish scene) so both guys are right. Thanks everyone for your great inspirational feedback. What a great forum.

I used a default DVX100a in scene setting F6. Nothing special added. (I'm still discovering the capabilities of this camera) so Yes -Story is always King and to tell you the truth we didn't really have a script. I shot the dog biting scene first and "pushed" the story out from there. Then I got some music (acid loops) and fiddled with the way music can add or detract from the emotion of the scene. Lastly I edited the scene roughly in order and filled in the "holes" with commentary written and recorded in front of the computer with her so it blends reasonably well. For me, it's a nice way to work because the story is "fluid" and isn't set in concrete and you can work creatively, just like cooking a meal, adding a little spice here and there, going back and forth, adding a few extra shots as needed...
Thanks again for all your generous feedback :)
Cheers

I half expected her at some parts to say,
"My name is Domino Harvey, I am a bounty hunter."

  I just watched this again and it's confirmed. This is my favorite video on this site.:engel017:
