Please help

Sorry to ask you guys this but I couldnt figure out what is going on maybe somebody can help me.I dont even know where to post this.
Here is the problem.
Everytime I try to watch a clip on this site the following comes up with quicktime
first

"An error occured inside a plug-in contained on this page"
I click on "OK" then I get

"The plugin did not initialize properly"
What can I do?

my guess is you have a problem in your browser, or are lacking a codec. I presume you have the latest version of QT installed. try right-clicking on the link, and "save target..." to desktop, then play in QT.

Yes I have the latest version QT and this happened after I downloaded.
The odd part is I can sometimes watch a clip and other times I cannot watch the same thing.That's weird.
 
David I have dell with windows XP and I use explorer.
Sorry I am not computer savvy.
