Experimenting with tweaked looks I'm playing with for my FIRST PAID EDITING GIG
I was doing B cam with my T2i and my friend's slider rig. SUPER COOL!

oh yeah I was shooting in superflat01 from J Davis. Thanks go out to that guy!



I played with four different looks and applied them to 5 or so different clips with no variations to keep it simple.

Nil = Raw footage straight outta da camera
1 = Super glowy and very pale blue
2 = a bit more glowy but I applied a red glow so the skin tones even out and just look pale
3 = deep color and very soft image, if i can combine the best of 2 and this one I think the result would be the look to go for. this reminds me of a wedding video though...
4 = simple color grading

my fav are 1 and 3, very filmic. 1 looks like the blockbuster preset from magic bullet looks, good on you
 
thanks for the feedback fellas! I talked to the director and it looks like we are going to shoot for a combination of the best aspects of 2 and 3.

Two big questions on this can you tell the two boys in the picture on shot 4 are twins and is it immediately obvious that the picture is photoshopped?
