planning to buy this lens 18mm 3.5 at 165$. Does it worth it?

If you were getting it for something like $50 sure, but not more. If you have some patience they appear in auctions in better condition and similar prices. As a comparison, I picked up a Nikon Ais 20mm 2.8 last week for $150 with just some cleaning marks on the front element. In addition, always make sure there is a x-day return policy (without re-stocking fee).
