Hey again eveyone. My last question!!! ((for now...) no but seriously last thing ill be purchasing for this month is my filter. Need to purchase it tomorrow.
Anyways the first lens we will have on our Canon 7D is
http://www.amazon.com/Canon-Standard-Medium-Telephoto-Cameras/dp/B00009XVCZ
(im new to DSLR so please bare with me:embarasse)
So if i read it right i need to find a 58mm to fit perfectly onto that lens such as:
http://cgi.ebay.com/Fader-ND-Filter...ewItemQQptZCamera_Filters?hash=item1e593307a1
Correct?
Now people say go buy 72mm Fader ND and get a ring that goes 72 - 58 or somthing. But then people say "watch out for vignetting" ect. I Definitely dont want that effect and i want to know exactly how to stay away from that.. I did it once accidently on a video camera even sadly (i think i stacked two on the dvx when i was younger)
So whats the best bet because i need to save some $$. When i purchase our wide lens im thinking somthing like a
1. canon ef 28 mm f/2.8
2.canon ef 20-35 f2.8L
Just trying to understand how the whole step up or down rings work and where vingeting happens, how to avoid it but also be nice to the walle. Need responces as quick as possible though and will be greatly appreciated.. I have to order them tomorrow.
