F55: Philip Bloom Shot on the F55

I've been shooting a lot of low key lighting / high contrast material on the F55, and even at 3200ISO I've never seen artifacts like that so trust me its not the camera. It had to be something else in the chain in the process of using film convert, and/or other possibilities which may have been worsened by Vimeo.

In my workflow with the F55 I am adding film grain right within Davinci Resolve right off the original files for this exact reason, the less processes I have to go through the less artifacts and crap build up on the footage.

I thought the footage looked good and we all know what compression looks like but the Plugin takes it toll for the look. Not really sure what the issue is. The F55 is a sick camera.

This thread seemed silly to me at first, then I got to thinking how much of my stuff these days is destined for the web only.
All in all, that Vimeo link tells me very little about the camera or the grading. I'll bet Bloom's little "film" looks just fine on a nice OLED monitor.

But do remind me not to shoot a mostly dark video for Vimeo.
