FEATURE: PERCEPTION new Stan Harrington Feature begins filming February!

Thanks Corpse...I've done many features without a camera guy...Never stopped me before...I have to say though that I don't mind people having things happen where they have to cancel...only thing here is I would never have known had I not called yesterday...a call is the least one can do...

Onward and upward...hitting the road in a few hours so I have to do the washing!!!

Best to all and thanks for the support...I'll keep the log going
Stan The Man

Thanks Don...just arrived in San Fran and emptied car to realize I left my main wardrobe back in LA...Normally not a biggie but in this case it is part of the character...ah me...the trials continue...stay tuned for the latest conquesets and disasters...

Ha! See, it ain't the end of complications! Rest assured, there will be more - that's the nature of filmmaking. Are you your own producer/production manager? My dream is to one day make a movie where I can afford a production manager, so I don't have to keep track of every little thing, and can concentrate more on directing. But as long as it's super low budget, no such luck. Thanks for the update, Stan, and keep on posting... remember a whole lot of people are following your every move!

Haha Corpse...you know. Right now trying to sync the ZOOM sound...I downloaded Plural Eyes but dont seem to be able to work it out...sound is giving me brain damage now...cant find what goes where...ah-me. I'll keep trying but overall the film is looking great...

More to follow,
Cheers,
Stan The Man

there IS a reason there's a guy only doing slating....

Try to match with dates.

And everybody thinks that Plural Eyes is a magical program in which you add some video, some sounds, puch a button and...it's synced...It doesn't work like that...

I got that...never heard of Plural Eyes then someone had told me about it as if it was some miracle solution...slates are hard guerilla style ...don't want to announce too much, but my problem was in that I had only used it once and was still getting used to the fact that you had to hit the record button button twice...also had to get used to not hitting the same button (rec) to switch off...finding out as I go...too much sound before and after the take...

Stan,

Awesome of you to share this with us. Any chance you could share a timeline on what you think will happen from now until sale of film?

Thanks Rich...next is to cast a name talent for the father role...one of the main roles with a lot of dialogue...continue shooting in San Fran 1st week of April...gives me time to save for it...hopefully finish in time for the Action On Film Fest in July...

La shoots will shoot between SF visits...

One of our amazing actresses, Ciera Parrack is stunning audiences in TUCUMCARI at theatre 40 in Beverly Hills...last chance to see her live on stage tomorrow if you are in LA...I thoroughly recommend it!

Cheers,
Stan The Man
