Pentax K-x Manual Video Options?

I just bought a Pentax K-x and i can't seem to adjust or lock the iso & or exposure when shooting. Is there a way to do this so when the light changes the f stop and or iso stays in place and it doesnt look like ****?

I had the K-x, you can lock exposure by pressing AE-L button, however you have to go to menu first and set the AE-L button to lock exposure because by default it's set to lock focus. If you have manual lenses, you can also lock shutter with a little trick, you may want to check out

awesome, thanks for the info. Is there anyway to display the ISO and Shutter on the screen when in video mode?
