Pentax K lens on a 600D (T3i) ?

Hi

I'm far from an expert so I have a question to ask.

I have a 600D (T3I) and I have various lens that I've found at auctions and have bought the corresponding adapters to fit them.

However, a few I picked up are Pentax K lens. Now, I've heard that these lens, if attached to a full sensor dslr like the 5D for instance, would touch the mirror and damage your camera. However, I hear that these lens will fit perfectly fine on a cropped sensor camera like my 600D.

But i wanted to ask here first, just in case I had heard wrong and go ahead and damage my camera.

Can any one confirm if this will be okay for me to do? If so, I'm going to order the adapter for these lens.

Thanks.

I've used Pentax K lenses on my old Rebel XT without clearance problems. I don't see it being an issue but can't guarantee anything. I know the hard way that it won't work on a full frame. Luckily Canon (CPS) replaced the scratched mirror for free.
