Fair enough. Thanks for the small tidbits, Phillip. The ISO control was a big Q for me and now that it's answered I'm even more excited.
 
tested the new little JVC 100 today. Neat little camera. Wicked picture. i was sneaky and filmed where I wasn't as I looked like a tourist.
 
philip, only one thing hasnt been cleared up from previous reviews.. does it have 1/48 shutter?

tell us more on the video quality how is the avchd codec performing?

i don't remember seeing 1/48th, could well be there, so will ask the guy at panny tomorrow. FCP brought in the footage as Pro res 422
 
Sounds good Philip. I'm not too worried. Of course we all like to have someone affirm things before we spend our money. June sounds good. By then we should know what Nikon is doing with a possible D400.
 
Phil, also when you do get a chance ask about the HDMI output. We would like to know if it bypasses the compression etc. Thanks.

sorry for a minute there I thought I was matt.....scary

I finally got my final cut studio upgrade from final cut pro 1 today. Everything looks a lot better without the bloody stairstepping!
