Panasonic Pro-Av support - is it a bad joke?

I always thought that Sony's support page with manuals and other documentation was bad but I really think Panasonic lost their mind with their support page. Ridiculously disorganized and when you finally find the manual you are looking for it takes forever to download. What in the world is going on?! It's just nuts!!!!

The Panasonic website for pro-video has been the butt of jokes and ridicule for years. Combine poor organization and laughable translations and there you have it, the Panny website. How a technology company can make good and great cameras and utterly fail on their website is really amazing.

Are you using the Japanese website or the US site?

I was using the .jp one but it is impossible to register my latest camera on it!! Talked to the local guys and was advices to use the UK support web site which seems to work better for registration but still links through to the JP one for documents and firmware upgrades. Not the best of systems.
