Panasonic OEM Chinese batteries?

Anyone know if these batts from overseas are actually legit? Do they work with the US versions of the cam & with the new firmware?

Don't know about the first one, but I have the second one from ricky_cub ebayer. Works with no problem.

No. I have my GH1 updated to the latest version and the battery works just fine.
