Panasonic LH1700w monitoring options with 7D

Trying to figure out a way of hooking up my BT-LH1700w monitor to my Canon 7D. The monitor has all sorts of inputs (VGA, S-video, HD-SDI, etc) but I haven't been able to find a good way of getting one of those signals out of the 7D without expensive gadgets. Any somewhat cheap solutions you guys know of out there? Thanks
 
The cheapest is going to use the "video out" to get composite video.

The rigiht way to do it is to get an HD Fury II from monoprice, including the AC power supply, it runs about $130 and will convert the HDMI from the 7D into component that your monitor can accept.
