The camera is in great mint condition. No problems with functionality with only minor aesthetic scratches on the body(SD card slot, tripod mount). I do take care of my gear. Originally purchased back in February 2009. The camera was used for covering events such as game expos and a wedding. I have my Canon 5D MKII for my filmmaking projects and I have stopped using my Panasonic HMC-150 for that matter unless I do long form recording such as events then the HMC-150 is perfect. I'm also including a big battery for extra long events and Barry's HMC150 book for visual recipes.
