Hey kids, just need to point something out here. The conjecture and healthy dialog surrounding it is great, but I'm the only one here who knows any real specs. There are a few people who have posted conjecture as if it were fact, and well, there's a big difference. Some stuff has been correct and some stuff not.

Please let's keep the conversation going. I think it's healthy both for the community and frankly we all learn a lot from the commentary. I just don't want anyone getting confused, because the facts are that we have not released any additional info and will not until CineGear. Just trying to stay honest here. Someone actually asked me privately if I planted a comment (I guess to throw you all?) so I wanted to let in some fresh air here.

wait... so does this mean the sample footage leak isn't legit?

Not gonna say it would make me cry, but it'd be a lie if I said it didn't hurt

Mitch I'll say this: y'all are crazy if this is a m43 or s35 interchangeable lens camera with all the proper trimmings and you DON'T name it the AF200.

Maaaaaaybe the "Varicam AF200" to capitalize on the cache you built up with the bigger cameras.

Thank you.

I'll take a stab at it. It's a DVX200 without a lens, but instead an EF mount and an S35 sensor. Priced about the same as a DVX200.
