Filming fast moving action at night under flood lights. Personally think it came out quite well but would be interested to know if would be good to increase shutter speed and probably up the gain to compensate for smoother action? Anything else to improve?

Scene file 3 (Spark)
Iris fully open
Shutter 1/120
High sense mode
Gain 12db
The reason i use a fast shutter is so i can get a perfect slow motion "replay" and freeze frame. If that wasn't my plan then i don't think i would use it at all. 1/120 isn't fast enough for that as you can see when you pause the video, you will probably need 250 to 500, but as you know it gets darker as you go up, and you are videoing in a dark area already. It sucks when it's you only option.
