Panasonic released and then pulled the preliminary brochure on the AG-AF100 from their website but if you act fast there's still a copy floating around here.

Good find! Maybe pulled to change some of the wording? If this is accurate then it looks like speed ramping only in 720 ( 'only' is a relative term here ).
Can't wait to hear a bit more.
 
The text in that is identical to the flyer available since NAB in April. What is new is the updated photo, replacing one of a slightly longer body without buttons.
 
Holy cow, an Zeiss Distagon Ultra Prime lens, and HD-SDI out... I am going to have to print a copy of that to keep in the bathroom..... if ya know what I mean!

agreed its pretty ugly.. but i imagine it will end up being a bit like Ron Jeremy , fat and ugly but got it where it counts!!!

Nice seeing something more on it, preliminary or not.

Now if you find something on the GH2 and the coming Sony... :Drogar-BigGrin(DBG)
 
I don't see why everyone thinks it's so ugly. I think it looks fine. You know everyone will hotrod it up with a cage, a followfocus, a mattebox etc., and then it will look like a Red or whatever.

Very similar design to any other Panasonic camera on that category. If you are familiar with the HVX 200 and others the design is no surprise at all.
