can offer £250 for the berkey base plate with rods & lens support - presume it will support other lenses (nikon 80-200 2.8) & is the baseplate the one for Af101, sony f3?

Details of the Berkey Support System

Let me explain what is included with the Berkey System, which I had custom ordered for me by Brian for my AF100 and Zuiko 35-100 heavy Olympus lens. Yes it is compatible with other lenses and is obviously compatible with the AF100, it's what Brian recommended for my AF100. As long as your lens has it's own support "foot" the lens support should work as far as I know. You can set the spacers manually to adapt to the height of the lens, which is a really nice feature of this system for multiple lenses.

Baseplate assembly with dual quad blocks $404 LINK
Two 9" 15mm black anodized aluminum rods $44 LINK
Complete Lens Support (Mine looks slightly different but works the same) $131 LINK
4-peice set of 1.125-inch vertical 15mm posts and a set of 2-inch vertical 15mm posts. $18x2=$36 LINK
$404+$44+$131+$36 = $615 USD.
The bank exchange rate now is 1.54 USD to 1 GBP. 615/1.54 = $399 GBP

Everything is in mint condition, and I will throw in a racket-driver for the adjusting the speciality screws on it.
I'll take £320 which is 20% off. I think this is a good deal for used equipment that I bought less then 6 months ago.

I'm still in London until July 9th it looks like.
Thanks for your interest.

Hi Chris thanks for all the info, am only really after a system to hold the one lens.....that baseplate is nice but probably overkill for my needs (although it is the dslr one - is it big enough to handle the af101 securely, most dslr baseplates ive tried are a bit too small for comfort?)
I also wouldnt need the extra post set....could stretch to £275 without the extra posts or £65 for just the lens support
let me know if thats any good
cheers
