Panasonic AC Adapter- After Market Options?

I have to shoot an hour & 1/2 long event without interruption. The batteries on the Gh2 don't last long enough so I was looking into the Panasonic AC option. Total with coupler comes to over $60. A little high for my tight budget so I found this after market option on Amazon.

Any downside to getting the $20 version? Has anyone had any experiences with the after market AC units?
