Panasonic 100-300mm AF issue

I am having problems with 100-300mm autofocus. My first copy of that lens AF died after one year of use and I got new one from warranty. Now after 1.5 years of use I have the same issue with the new one. When powering on the camera the lens AF sticks and does nothing. If I shake the lens during power on it may work normally after AF initializing sequence is ready. If I listen (ear near the lens) the AF motor clearly jams during power on. The AF motor hums but does nothing and the inside lens is not moving.

Is there anyone else with this issue? I have red some people in other forums having this issue. Panasonic Finland says that they dont know the issue as they usually says for everything.

When I look inside the lens I see the moving AF lens parking itself to the camera end of objective when powering off. When again powering on the moving lens it not coming to working position in the middle of the objective, it just sticks its off position with a little AF motor jamming sound. It tries to initialize the AF but something sticks.

When I point the camera/lens down and shake a little during power on the moving lens comes out of its "nest". Gravity and shaking helps.
