P2CMS Question

I just used P2CMS for the first time as outlined in Barry's Sticky. What I got was only the contents folder. I did not get the lastclip.txt file. Did I do something wrong, or is that a big deal?
 
I noticed there is no lastclip.txt written to a newly formatted card, unless footage spans over to another P2 card.
 
P2CMS doesn't create a lastclip file because lastclip is only relevant on a P2 card. It keeps track of the name of the last clip created on the card. Once it's on a computer you don't need it.
