P2CMS Ingestion

I recently used P2CMS to ingest some footage from my P2 card. I set up my database as an external hard drive. When it was done I viewed my footage in P2CMS and noticed two things: 1.) My footage in thumbnail was yellow and 2.) one of my clips sounded like my subject was "echoing", I could hear audio under the audio. Here are the facts:

-I'm using a 13" Macbook Pro
-The ext. HD is a G Drive mini 500GB
-I used the camera to ingest my footage into P2CMS
-Before I shot my audio was fine. No distortion. Nothing.

I'm sure there was an issue somewhere. Please help.

I actually solved it. My Ch1 & Ch2 had the audio problem. Ch3 & Ch4 are fine. Strangest thing. But my clips in thumbnail form are still yellow.
